Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Whipping cream 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Powdered sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Powdered sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Let cream cheese soften to room temperature.
Beat until light; add the 1 tablespoon sugar, cream, and vanilla, and beat until blended and fluffy.
Pack mixture into a heart-shaped mold lined with dampened cheesecloth; chill 3 hours.
Turn out on a platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Surround with any fresh fruit, such as strawberries, raspberries, Bing cherries, or peach slices
