Pineapple Cherry Cookies
|Glace cherries||1 Ounce, chopped|
|Glace pineapple||1 Ounce, chopped|
|Cherries||1 (to decorate)|
|Pineapple||1 (to decorate)|
Cream margarine and sugar.
Stir in pineapple, cherries and sieved flour.
Roll into balls.
Put on to lightly greased and floured baking trays with room to spread.
Put a piece of cherry and pineapple on top.
Bake for 15 minutes in centre of moderate oven (375°F.€”Gas Mark 4).
Cool on tin.
