Cherry Relish

Ingredients
  Canned pitted tart red cherries 20 Ounce
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In 2-quart saucepan, combine cherries, raisins, honey, vinegar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves.
Cook slowly, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Stir in nuts.
Combine cornstarch and water; gradually stir into cherry mixture.
Cook, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens and bubbles.
Chill.
