Cherry Yum Yums
|Graham cracker crumbs||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (About 1 1/2 Stick)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dessert topping mix||10 1⁄2 Ounce (About Two 5.2 Ounce Packages)|
|Half and half||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cherry pie filling||2 Can (20 oz)|
Combine crumbs and margarine; press half of mixture into 9x13 dish reserving remainder for top.
Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Whip topping mix with Half & Half, fold into cheese mixture.
Spread half of this mixture over cracker crumbs and top with cherry filling.
Add remaining cheese mixture and top with crumbs.
