Cherry Dessert Mold

Ingredients
  Canned low calorie light sweet cherries 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained (Reserve Liquid)
  Low calorie gelatin 4 Teaspoon, cherry flavored
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Non caloric sweetener 8 Teaspoon
Directions

Add water, if necessary, to cherry liquid to make 1 cup.
Heat to boiling.
Pour over gelatin in a bowl and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Blend in the water, lemon juice, and sweetener.
Chill until gelatin is slightly thickened.
Halve and pit the drained cherries; set aside.
Blend cherries into slightly thickened gelatin.
Turn mixture into a 1 quart mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold onto a chilled serving plate.
