|Graham cracker crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Butter||6 Tablespoon, melted|
|Caramel||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||24 Ounce, softened|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Semi sweet chocolate||8 Ounce, melted|
Press a mixture of graham cracker crumbs and butter into a 10 inch spring form pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
Pour caramel sauce over the crust and sprinkle with pecans.
Beat the sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and eggs in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Stir in the chocolate.
Pour into the crust.
Bake for 50 minutes or until set.
Chill, covered, for 8 to 10 hours.
Garnish with additional pecans, chocolate chunks and caramel sauce
