Company Cheesecake

The company cheesecake is a delicious and cream filled chese cake made with a graham cracker crust. Filled with cream cheese flavored with vanilla and lemon peel, the company cheesecake is baked and served with a topping of sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
Ingredients
  Graham cracker crumbs 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (About 15 Crackers)
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Cream cheese 19 Ounce, softened (2 Packages 8 Ounces Each Plus 1 Package 3 Ounces)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated lemon peel 2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3
  Dairy sour cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oven to 350°.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Stir in butter.
Press mixture evenly in bottom of ungreased 9 inch springform pan or in baking pan, 9x9x2 inches.
Bake 10 minutes.
Cool.
Reduce oven temperature to 300° Beat cream cheese in large mixer bowl.
Gradually beat in 1 cup sugar; beat until fluffy.
Add lemon peel and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla.
Beat in eggs, one at a time; pour on crumb mixture.
Bake until center is firm, about 1 hour.
Cool 10 minutes.
Mix Topping ingredients; spread on hot cheesecake.
Bake 10 minutes.
Chill uncovered until cold, about 2 hours.
(Can be served immediately.)
Cover and refrigerate.
