Basic Lemon Cheese Cake

Ingredients
  Instant lemon pudding mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  8 inch graham cracker crust 1
Directions

Prepare instant pudding as directed, but blend softened cheese with milk before stirring in pudding.
Pour into pie shell and chill 1 hour.
