|Softened cream cheese||500 Gram|
|Granulated sugar||125 Milliliter (Around 0.5 Cup)|
|Vanilla||5 Milliliter (Around 1 teaspoon)|
|Nuts/Jam, chocolate curls etc.||1 Teaspoon|
In a large mixer bowl, combine cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Blend on medium speed until smooth.
Add eggs, blending well.
Put 1 vanilla wafer in each cup.
Spoon cheese mixture over wafers, filling cups three-quarters full.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes at 160C
Set aside to cool.
Remove from tin and chill in refrigerator before serving.
Top with whatever you like.
VARIATION: For a special flavor, use 1/2 tsp (2 mL) rum or almond flavoring in place of the vanilla.
