Roll out the pastry and use to line an 8-inch pie plate.
Blend the cottage cheese, honey, sugar, butter, eggs and cinnamon until smooth .
Put into the pie shell and sprinkle with a topping made of superfine sugar and cinnamon mixed together.
Bake at 400Â°F for 10 minutes, then 375Â°F for 30 minutes.
Leave until cool before serving.
