Cream Cheese Cake Squares
|Yellow cake mix without pudding||18 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce|
|Powdered sugar||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well.
Press mixture into a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350Â° for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese at medium speed of an electric mixer until fluffy; add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Gradually add powdered sugar, beating well.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour mixture over baked layer, spreading evenly.
Bake at 350Â° for 35 minutes.
Cool and cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
