Peachy Cocoa Cheesecake

Ingredients
  Cornflake crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Cottage cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Low Calorie)
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unsweetened cocoa powder 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Almond extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Peaches 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

Combine cornflake crumbs with 1 tablespoon sugar and melted butter or margarine.
Press into bottom and side of an 8-inch pie pan.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In blender, combine cottage cheese with eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, cocoa, vanilla and almond extract Blend until almost smooth.
Pour into prepared pie pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Just before serving, arrange drained peaches on top.
