|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted|
|Brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cream cheese package||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
Combine flour & brown sugar; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
Save 1 cup of this mixture for top.
Place remainder in baking pan (ungreased), and press in.
Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cream sugar & cream cheese, add remainder of ingredients and beat well until smooth.
Spread over the baked portion.
Sprinkle reserved 1 cup of mixture over all.
Bake for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cut into squares when cool.
