Savory Crab Cheesecake

Ingredients
For crust
  Italian dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded parmesan cheese 1 Ounce (1/4 Cup)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
For filling
  Cream cheese 20 Ounce, softened
  Finely chopped green onions 2 Tablespoon (Use 2 Medium Sized)
  Creole seasoning 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Ground mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1 Dash
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cocktail sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Red pepper sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4
  Canned crabmeat 6 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Garnish and serve with:
  Fresh sage leaves 6
  Cocktail sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Assorted crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For cookies
  Granulated sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  All-purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Finely chopped dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped pistachio nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened
  Powdered sugar 1 Tablespoon (For Topping)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven hot to 350°F.

MAKING
2) In small bowl add crust ingredients and mix together.
3) Press mixture at the base of ungreased 8- or 9-inch springform pan.
4) Bake for 5 to 9 minutes.
5) In a large bowl add all filling ingredients except eggs and crabmeat. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed.
6) Beat in 1 egg at a time.
7) Mix the crabmeat.
8) Pour the filling over partially baked crust.
9) Bake for 60 to 70 minutes longer for 8-inch pan and 40 to 50 minutes for 9-inch pan.
10) Let stand to cool for 30 minutes.
11) Using a small metal spatula or knife, loosen edges of cheesecake.
12) Cool for 30 minutes.
13) Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

SERVING
14) Before serving, remove side of pan and place cheesecake on serving platter.
15) Place sage around outer edge.
16) Serve with cocktail sauce and crackers.
