Ingredients
For crumb crust to line 9 inch spring form pan
  Graham crumbs/Vanilla wafer crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Melted butter 3 Tablespoon
For filling
  Cream cheese 1 Pound (May Use 1/2 Cottage Cheese)
  White sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Eggs 5 , separated
  Liqueur/Vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon
  Thick sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat cheese thoroughly.
Gradually add sugar and cream well.
Add egg yolks—one at a time.
Beat.
Stir in flour, sour cream and flavouring.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour carefully into crumb-lined pan.
Bake at 300°F for 1 hour.
Turn oven off and leave cake in oven for 1 hour, with door slightly open.
Refrigerate overnight.
This cheese cake is quite delicious plain, but may be topped with fruit or whipped cream.
