Dairy Free Tofu Cheesecake

Ingredients
  Tofu 24 Ounce, drained
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon peel 1 Tablespoon
  9 inch graham cracker crust 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.

MAKING
2) In a blender jar, add all the filling ingredients and blend well until smooth.
3) In the graham cracker crust, pour the filling mixture.
4) Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
5) Top with the cherry or blueberry pie filling, if desired.

SERVING
6) Slice and serve on individual serving plates.
