This an excellent, super delicious, creamy, easy but slowly recipe for a cheese cake. But the waiting is worth it.
3 Ounce (1 Stick)
1 1⁄10 Pound
5 1⁄3 Ounce
Juice of lemon
1. In a food processor, crush the crackers, the sugar and combine well. Melt the butter in a pan, add it to the cookies, process for 30 seconds. Scatter the mixture over a 9.8 cake pan, use the back of the spoon to spread it
2. Preheat oven 375ºF. For the filling, add remaining ingredients, process until combine well. Pour over the cracker base
3. Bake for 40 minutes, turn off the oven, let it cool inside the oven for 1 hour, don’t open the door. After the hour, take out the cheesecake and let it cool, then cover and refrigerate overnight
4. Slice and serve
