Chocolate Cheesecake Pie
|Chocolate pie crust||1 (Use Readymade One)|
|Cream cheese||12 Ounce, softened|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Semisweet chocolate chips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
Add eggs, vanilla and salt.
Beat until well-blended.
Put crust on baking sheet and pour fillinginto crust.
Drop melted chocolate by teaspoon-fuls onto filling.
Swirl chocolate into filling with tip of knife.
Bake on sheet for 25-30 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool and chill about 3 hours.
