Lemon Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Quick-cooking rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream cheese 1
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Lemon peel 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix butter, brown sugar and salt.
Add oats and flour.
Beat at low speed until particles are fine.
Reserve 1 cup.
Press remaining crumbly mixture in 8x8-in baking dish.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 3 to 7 1/2 minutes, or just until almost done, rotating 1/4 turn every 2 minutes.
Microwave cream cheese in small mixing bowl at 50% (Medium) 30 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients; blend well.
Spread over base.
Sprinkle with reserved crumbly mixture.
Microwave at High 6 to 10 minutes, or until firm in center, rotating 1/4 turn every 3 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate.
