My husbands is really picky when it come to dessert……I know how could anyone be picky when it come to dessert but he is. I took his two favorites cheesecake and key limes and came up with this recipe. When I make this he usually eats them all!!! I hope you guys enjoy this recipe as much as my husband does.
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Key lime juice
8 Ounce, thawed (1 Container)
Key lime zest
Green food coloring
Graham cracker crust shells
6 (Mini Variety, Store Bought)
Take the soften cream cheese along with the sugar and key lime juice and place them in a mixing bowl. With an electric mixer mix the sugar, cream cheese, and lime juice until well blended.
After blending the cream cheese mixture fold in the whipped topping along with the key lime zest and food coloring.
Once everything is mixed together start filling the pie shells.
After all the pie shells are filled, place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Finally after 30 minutes take out the mini key lime cheesecakes from the fridge. Then garnish with a slice of lime. Enjoy!
