Baked Orange Cheesecake

Ingredients
  Rich tea biscuits 12 Ounce, crushed (350 Gram)
  Butter 10 Ounce, melted (300 Gram)
  Cream cheese 1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)
  Caster sugar 8 Ounce (250 Gram)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Orange flower water 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned mandarin oranges 7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can, 212 Gram)
Directions

Mix together the crushed biscuits and 175 g (6 oz) of the butter.
Use to line the bottom and sides of a 23 cm (9 inch) flan tin with a removable base.
Chill while preparing the filling.
Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, orange-flower water and remaining melted butter.
Pour into the crumb crust.
Bake in a preheated hot oven, 230°C (450°F), Gas Mark 8, for 15 minutes.
Cool.
Just before serving, decorate with the mandarin orange segments.
