Slim line Cheesecake

Ingredients
  Unflavored yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon zest 1 Tablespoon (1/2 By 2 Inch Strip, Colored Part Of The Peel)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Low fat cottage cheese 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Eggs 5
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Sliced strawberries/Almond praline 2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Place yogurt in a large mixing bowl.
Tear zest in thirds.
Using metal blade, process zest and sugar until zest is finely chopped; add to yogurt.
Process cottage cheese, eggs, flour, and vanilla until smooth.
Add to yogurt and stir well.
Pour into a buttered 9-inch-square pan.
Bake in a 325° oven for 40 minutes or until cheesecake just begins to pull away from edges of pan.
Center should be slightly jiggly (it sets as it cools).
Chill.
Garnish as desired.
