Luscious Baked Chocolate Cheesecake
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted|
|Graham cracker crumbs||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||24 Ounce, softened (3 Packages, 8 Ounce Each)|
|Canned milk||14 Ounce (1 Can, Not Evaporated Milk)|
|Semi-sweet chocolate chips/8 semi-sweet chocolate squares, 1 ounce each, melted||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
Add margarine, crumbs and sugar to the bottom of 9-inch springform pan; press firmly.
In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 300 F for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until set.
Garnish as desired.
