Lindy's Strawberry Glazed Cheesecake
|Cream cheese||1 1⁄4 Pound|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Grated lemon rind||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Grated orange rind||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Heavy cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Strawberry glaze||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Have cheese and eggs at room temperature.
Make Cookie Crust.
Cream cheese until softened.
Beat in next five ingredients.
Add eggs and egg yolk, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in cream.
Pour into baked crust.
Bake in preheated very slow oven (250° F.) for 1 hour, or until firm.
Top with Strawberry Glaze.
