Manafaru Cream Cheese Cake
|Cream cheese||500 Gram (Elle & Vire French brand)|
|Icing sugar||250 Gram|
|Whipping cream||500 Gram|
|Melted butter||100 Gram|
|Crushed biscuit||500 Gram (Marie biscuit can be used)|
1- Use electric mixing bowl with paddle attached. Mix cream cheese and icing sugar together until it turns smooth and creamy.
2- Add the eggs and egg yolk to cream cheese combination and mix carefully for about two minutes, and then add whipping cream. Combine it well for another two minutes.
3- Put the butter and crushed biscuit into a small bowl, and then combine well.
4- Place the crushed biscuit into a baking tin or mold with a 4-cm thickness underneath it and press down hard until it is very flat.
5- Pour the cream cheese mixture into a biscuit-lined tin and bake it in a 140 C oven about 20 minutes, then open the oven door and bake it another 20 minutes.
Remove it from oven, cool it down, then chill or freeze it for about 3 hours.
Serve with fresh fruit or blueberries.
