|Fine graham cracker crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted|
|Cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground|
|Cream cheese||12 Ounce|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Have cheese and eggs at room temperature.
Mix well first four ingredients.
Reserve 3 tablespoons, and press remainder firmly with spoon into buttered 9-inch pie pan.
Cream cheese until soft.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add sugar and vanilla and beat until blended.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 35 minutes, or until firm.
Spread top with sour cream, and sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
Cool, then chill.
