Ingredients
  Cornflakes 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Grape nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Corn oil/Margarine 2 Teaspoon, melted
  Fresh lemon rind 2 Teaspoon, grated, divided
  Orange rind 1 Teaspoon, grated (Use Fresh)
  Light brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Granulated sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), divided
  1% milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , separated
  Ricotta cheese 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Fresh orange juice 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Kiwifruit 2 , peeled and sliced
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a blender container or food processor combine cornflakes and Grape Nuts.
Process until crushed.
In a medium bowl combine crushed cereals, margarine, 1 teaspoon lemon rind, orange rind and brown sugar; mix well.
Over the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan press the cereal mixture.
Bake for 5 minutes.
Cool.
In the top of a double boiler combine 1/4 cup sugar and gelatin.
Stir in milk and egg yolks.
Let stand until gelatin softens.
