Treasure Island Chocolate Cheese Cake
|Butter||4 Tablespoon, melted|
|Graham cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chocolate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), ground|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||32 Ounce, softened|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chocolate||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), ground|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chocolate||2 Tablespoon, ground|
Crust Combine Crust ingredients, using a food processor, if available.
Press into bottom of greased 8-inch springform pan.
Bake at 350°F for 6 minutes; cool.
Filling Beat cream cheese until smooth, gradually adding sugar, Ground Chocolate and vanilla.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth after each addition.
Pour into crust.
Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes, or until knife comes out clean in the center; cool completely.
Topping Whip sour cream with Ground Chocolate and sugar.
Spread over cool cheese cake.
Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.
Chill several hours or overnight.
