Baked Orange Cheesecake
|Rich team biscuit||12 Ounce, crushed (350 Gram)|
|Butter||10 Ounce, melted (300 Gram)|
|Cream cheese||1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)|
|Caster sugar||8 Ounce (250 Gram)|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Orange flower water||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned mandarin oranges||7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
Mix together the crushed biscuits and 17.5 g (6 oz) of the butter.
Use to line the bottom and sides of a 23 cm (9 inch) flan tin with a removable base.
Chill while preparing the filling.
Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, orange-flower water and remaining melted butter.
Pour into the crumb crust.
Bake in a preheated hot oven, 230°C (450°F), Gas Mark 8, for 15 minutes.
Just before serving, decorate with the mandarin orange segments.
