My sister likes this pumpkin cheesecake recipe. This recipe was given to her by one of her friends. Whenever there is a party in our house, she prepares this dessert. All the guests like this dessert very much and thank her for preparing it. Which makes my sister very happy. Have a happy moment must try this pumpkin cheesecake recipe.
Ingredients
  Cookies 6
  Ricotta cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pumpkin 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Vanilla 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cool whip 1
Directions

Stage 1-Place paper liners in 06 muffin tins.

Stage2-Place 1 cookie in each cup. Blend cheese until smooth.

Stage3-Add other ingredients, blend thoroughly.

Stage4-Divide evenly into cups.

Stage5-Bake 15 minutes.

Stage6-Then turn off oven (don't open) and leave cheesecakes in oven for 50 minutes.

Stage7- Refrigerate. Serve with Cool Whip on top.
