|Egg yolks||12 , well beaten|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Grated nutmeg||2 Teaspoon|
|Rich pastry||1 , made with 1/2 butter, 1/2 lard|
Cream butter and sugar together, add well beaten egg yolks and nutmeg.
Make a very thin short pastry using part butter and part lard in favorite pie pastry.
Line little muffin or cake rings with pastry; bake ,in moderate oven until slightly brown.
