Cherries On Cheesecake
|Ground blanched almonds||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, softened|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Sweetened condensed milk||14 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dark sweet cherry toppings||8 Ounce|
Heat oven to 400°.
Stir together almonds, sugar and butter.
Press mixture firmly and evenly in bottom and against side of ungreased 9-inch pie pan.
Bake until light golden brown, 6 to 8 minutes.
Beat cream cheese in small mixer bowl until fluffy.
Gradually add condensed milk, beating constantly.
Mix in lemon juice and vanilla.
Pour into baked crust.
Refrigerate until set, 2 to 3 hours.
Spoon Dark Sweet Cherry Topping over each serving.
