|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Honey||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vanilla||2 Teaspoon, divided|
|9 inch crumb pie crust||1 , baked and cooled (In A Pie Pan)|
|Thick sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mash cheese with a fork.
Blend in electric mixer until smooth.
Very slowly add honey and 1 teaspoon of the vanilla.
Blend until honey is completely incorporated.
Pour into cooled shell and bake at 300° about 15 minutes.
Blend sour cream, sugar, and the remaining vanilla until smooth.
Pour over top of cheese cake.
Return to oven and bake an additional 5 minutes at 300°.
Remove from oven to cool.
