New Year Cheese Cake
|Cream cheese||300 Gram|
|Fresh fruits||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Soak the gelatine leaves in iced water.
Mix cream cheese with sugar and egg yolks.
Melt the gelatine leaves in a saucepan and add to the above mixture.
Whip the fresh cream and mix everything together.
Fill small moulds with the mixture and keep in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours
