Honey Raisin Cheesecake

  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream style cottage cheese 24 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Eggs 4
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sifted all purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Toasted sliced almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Mix 1 cup flour, 1/4 CUP sugar and 34 teaspoon salt; cut in butter till mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Blend in beaten egg.
Pat dough evenly on bottom and 1 inch up sides of an 8x8x2-inch baking dish.
Bake in a hot oven (400°) for 15 minutes; cool.
Sprinkle raisins over crust.
Beat cottage cheese with electric or rotary beater till smooth.
Add 4 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add honey, 34 cup flour, 34 cup sugar, lemon peel, vanilla, and 1/4 teaspoon salt; blend well.
Pour mixture over raisins.
Sprinkle top with toasted almonds.
Bake in a slow oven (325°) for 40 minutes or till set.
Cut in 9 or 12 squares.
