Ingredients
For dough
  Pate brisee 400 Gram (Sugar Dough, P.75)
  Sugar 70 Gram
  Butter 90 Gram
For filling
  White cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fresh)
  Fromage blanc 200 Gram
  Goat cheese 55 Gram (Le Corlou)
  Cream 4 Tablespoon
  Sugar 300 Gram
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Eggs 4
  Egg yolks 4
  Lemon zest 1 Teaspoon
  Orange zest 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon (Powdered Or Liquid)
  Five spice powder To Taste
Directions

Mix the 2 kinds of cheese together and then beat in the rest of the filling.
Mix well.
Flatten the dough to 0.5 cm and press into a baking tin.
Pour over the cheese mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 to 25 minutes
