Ingredients
  Crust 1
  Cream cheese 2 1⁄2 Pound
  Sugar 1 3⁄4 Pound
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated orange rind 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 5
  Egg yolks 2
  Heavy cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Passport scotch 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare and bake Crust.
Combine all ingredients from cheese to vanilla in order given.
Mix well in electric mixer.
Add eggs and yolks, 1 at a time, while you blend.
Stir in cream and Passport Scotch.
Pour into baked crust.
Chill€”overnight is best.
