|Minced walnuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||24 Ounce (3 Packages, 8 Ounce Each, At Room Temperature)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sour cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated lemon zest||2 Teaspoon|
|Grated orange zest||2 Teaspoon|
|Oranges||3 , peeled and sliced|
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine flour, brown sugar, and walnuts.
Cut in butter until mixture is consistency of coarse crumbs.
Blend egg yolk and 1 tablespoon water.
Stir into flour mixture until lightly moistened.
Press mixture onto bottom of greased 9-inch spring-form pan.
Bake unfilled crust 8 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
Beat in eggs; blend in sour cream and zests.
Pour into cooled crust.
Reduce temperature to 350°F.
Bake filled crust 55 to 60 minutes until center is set, rotating once.
Cool completely on wire rack.
Garnish with oranges.
