Granola Cheesecake

Ingredients
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Water 1 Teaspoon
  Concentrated acesulfame k 6 Gram (3 Packets, 2 Gram Each)
  Granola topping 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nonfat cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Nonfat cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Egg substitute/2 eggs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Teaspoon
  Granola topping 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Stir the crust ingredients together and press the mixture into the bottom of a 9 in. (23 cm) springform pan.
Set aside.
Beat the filling ingredients together until smooth.
Spoon this carefully over the crust.
Sprinkle the top with granola topping.
Bake in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 40 minutes or until set.
Cool before removing cake from the pan.
