|Crushed vanilla wafers||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||16 Ounce, softened (Two 8 Ounce Packages)|
|Coffee liqueur||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Melt butter or margarine.
Combine with the crushed wafers and the 1 tablespoon sugar.
Press into bottom of six 6-ounce custard cups.
In large mixer bowl beat egg whites to soft peaks; gradually add the 1/2 cup sugar, beating to stiff peaks.
Beat together cream cheese and liqueur.
Fold half of the egg white mixture into cheese mixture.
Fold into remaining egg white mixture.
Fill each prepared custard cup with about 2/3 cup filling.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Cool in cups.
