Easy Chocolate Cheesecake
|Cheesecake mix||11 Ounce|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Cold milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Envelope of chocolate flavored||1 Ounce (no melt unsweetened)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine crumbs from the cheesecake mix, melted butter or margarine, and 3 tablespoons sugar.
Press crumb mixture onto bottom and 1 inch upsides of 7 1/2-inch springform pan.
In mixer bowl combine milk, the filling from the cheesecake mix, and 1 tablespoon sugar.
Beat at low speed of electric mixer till blended; beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
Add chocolate; beat at low speed 1 minute more.
Pour into crust; spread sour cream over top.
Chill at least 1 hour.
Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.
