|Granulated sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Undiluted evaporated milk||12 Fluid Ounce (1 1/2 Cups Or 1 Can)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Tablespoon|
|Semisweet chocolate morsels||6 Ounce (1 Cup)|
FOR CRUST: COMBINE crumbs, butter and sugar in medium bowl; press onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan.
FOR FILLING: BEAT cream cheese, sugar and flour in large mixer bowl until smooth.
Gradually beat in evaporated milk, eggs and vanilla.
MICROWAVE morsels in medium, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100% power) for 1 minute; stir.
Microwave at additional 10 to 20 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Stir 1 cup cream cheese mixture into chocolate.
Pour remaining cheese mixture over crust.
Pour chocolate mixture over cheese mixture; swirl with spoon to create marble effect.
BAKE in preheated 325°F.
oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
Cool to room temperature; chill until firm.
