Blender Style Cheesecake
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Yellow lemon peel||1|
|Hot water/Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce|
|Crushed ice||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Blend gelatin, lemon juice, peel and hot liquid in an electric blender on high speed forty seconds.
2. Add the sugar, egg yolks and cheese, cover and blend ten seconds. Add the ice and cream, cover and blend fifteen seconds.
3. Pour the mixture into a four-cup spring-form pan lined with half a recipe for crumb crust and sprinkle with the remainder. Chill until set.
