Diet Cheese Cake

Ingredients
  Creamed cottage cheese 32 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Water 125 Milliliter (1 Small Glass)
  Crushed pineapple with juice 4 Ounce (1/2 Tin)
  Artificial sweetener 6 Dash (6 Squeezes)
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon (2 Envelopes)
  Eggs 2
Directions

Done in 2 halves in blender (makes it creamier).
Blend until liquefied.
Pour into 8" x 11" x 3" Pyrex pan (rectangular).
Mix 2 halves together in pan.
Bake in oven at 350° for 30 mins.
Sprinkle cinnamon (or more unsweetened pineapple juice for topping).
Put in refrigerator and let cool overnight.
