Quick Cheeseburger Chowder

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled & cubed
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Green pepper 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Instant beef bouillon granules 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In large saucepan cook ground beef till browned.
Drain off fat.
Stir in potatoes, celery, onion, green pepper, bouillon granules, 11/2 cups water, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Cover; cook 15 to 20 minutes or till vegetables are tender.
Combine 1/2 cup of the milk and the flour; stir into meat mixture.
Add remaining milk.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Add cheese; heat and stir just till cheese melts.
Garnish individual servings with additional shredded cheese, if desired.
