Super Cheeseburger

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Diced processed american cheese 1 1⁄2 Ounce (3 Cup)
  Steak sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

In medium bowl, combine ground beef and onion; shape mixture into 1 (7-inch) patty.
Set aside.
In medium skillet, over medium heat, cook and stir green pepper in margarine until tender-crisp; blend in flour.
Gradually stir in milk; cook and stir until mixture thickens and begins to boil.
Reduce heat to low; add cheese, stirring until melted.
Stir in steak sauce until blended.
Keep warm.
Grill burger over medium heat for 7 minutes on each side or until done.
Arrange cheese slice on bottom and top with grilled burger and sauce.
