Low Carb Beef Cheese Burger Pie

This cheese burger pie can be eating with a side salad for a nice filling dinner, or by itself for breakfast or lunch.
Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Minced garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Onion 1⁄2 Large, chopped
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Carbquik 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Calorie countdown 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Roma tomato 1
  Mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar free ketchup 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Brown the meat and add the onions cook for 10 minutes,add salt and other spices.

Spread the beef in the baking dish, top with cheese.

Whisk the carbquik, egg and milk together.

Pour the carbquik mixture over cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
