|Soy grits||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomato juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg||4 , beaten|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||6 Tablespoon, minced|
|Green pepper||6 Tablespoon, minced|
|Tamari soy sauce||4 Teaspoon|
|Cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
Combine soy grits and tomato juice.
Add remaining ingredients, except for cheese, mixing thoroughly.
Spoon into medium-hot, oiled skillet.
Flatten burgers with the spoon and turn them when they are brown underneath.
Top browned side with grated cheese.
Cover skillet just long enough to melt cheese.
