Soy Cheeseburgers

Ingredients
  Soy grits 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 4 , beaten
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 6 Tablespoon, minced
  Green pepper 6 Tablespoon, minced
  Tamari soy sauce 4 Teaspoon
  Basil 2 Teaspoon
  Cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
Directions

Combine soy grits and tomato juice.
Add remaining ingredients, except for cheese, mixing thoroughly.
Spoon into medium-hot, oiled skillet.
Flatten burgers with the spoon and turn them when they are brown underneath.
Top browned side with grated cheese.
Cover skillet just long enough to melt cheese.
Serve immediately.
