Vip Cheeseburgers And Fries
|Ground beef||2 Pound|
|Canned deviled ham||4 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Cans, 2 1/4 Ounce Each)|
|Hot sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Coarsely ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dry red wine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Toast points||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Cheddar cheese spread||2 Tablespoon (In Pressure Can)|
|Frozen french fried potatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sauteed whole mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine the beef, ham, hot sauce and pepper and mix well.
Shape into 4 patties.
Place in a flat dish and pour the wine over the patties.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Drain, reserving the wine.
Melt the butter in a skillet and brown the patties on both sides, then add the reserved wine.
Cook to desired degree of doneness and place on toast points.
Sprinkle with the parsley, then spoon pan juices over top.
Top with rosette of cheese.
Prepare the French fries according to package directions and serve with patties.
Garnish with mushrooms.
