Wine And Cheese Burgers

  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry red wine 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Such As Burgundy)
  Blue cheese cubes 6

1. Mix ground beef, parsley, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into 6 patties. Place patties in a 2-quart glass baking dish.
2. Make a depression in top of each patty. Pour wine over the patties; cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
3. Discard wine marinade. Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven 5 to 6 minutes at HIGH, or until done as desired; turn burgers halfway through the cooking period and rotate dish one-half turn once.
4. To serve, place a cube of blue cheese on each patty.
